GEM ---------------------- Gene, Environment and Methylation (GEM): A tool suite to efficiently navigate large scale epigenome wide association studies and integrate genotype and interaction between genotype and environment ## Installation ### Install from Bioconductor Currently, the GEM package has been submitted to Bioconductor and under review.
