README
README R/GSEPD or rgsepd is an R package, of Bioconductor style and an abbreviation which expands to Geneset enrichment and Projection Displays. It's a software tool for bioinformatics practicioners and biologists with transcriptome datasets they need help analyzing. Automation scripts herein facilitate case/control or two-group comparisons within human RNA-Seq datasets to perform differential expression, geneset overrepresentation, and a novel set/subspace analysis which shows the user how their samples behave relative to each other in a gene-set n-dimensional sense. See the bioconductor webpage for more information. https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/rgsepd.html https://bmcbioinformatics.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12859-019-2697-5 Copyright 2014-2019 Karl Stamm and Marquette University, but released open source for free scientific usage as GPL3 via Bioconductor.org.
