# derfinderPlot

Addon package with plotting functions for
[derfinder](http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/derfinder) results.

## Installation instructions
Get the latest stable `R` release from
[CRAN](http://cran.r-project.org/). Then install `derfinderPlot` using
from [Bioconductor](http://bioconductor.org/) the following code:
