Please edit that file --> # NanoStringNCTools ## Overview The NanoStringNCTools is a package that contains tools for analyzing data from NanoString nCounter Technology. It provides functions to read, perform quality control (QC) and normalization on Nanostring RCC files generated from the NanoString nCounter platform.
