# BG2 In this repo contains the BG2 package which implements the BG2 procedure as well as the A. Thaliana data for the case study presented in the BG2 manuscript. Within the BG2 package is a vignette highlighting two toy examples as well as the analyzing of the A. Thaliana case study.
